I have a problem with this game's control. Everytime I use a mounted gun, I can't unmount. I tried using the default keys to exit but I can't. I remap it, still I can't. I'm just stuck on the gun. Anyone else have this problem?

The game stutters on ATI cards. The hotfix didn't do much. Ubisoft keeps screwing with ATI eh? Fallout 3 comes out...this game is going to be tuck away till I have nothing left to play.

It doesn't solve it. Not for me, and a couple other people on other forum. It probably solved the issue for HD48** owners. I'm still on HD3870. Tried Vsync as well. Nothing solved. Dx9 work ok, looks the same. I don't know about framerates though. But I could tell the lighting is different in Dx10. Oh well...gonna ditch it till they fix it. Fallout 3 and Red Alert 3 coming in tomorrow. Bye bye Far Cry 2...for the mean time.

Right...and you think we ATI users wouldn't know about the hotfix? And you think you know more about the stuttering issues? Different computers have different ways to get the stutter fixed by most don't work. If you google around, you'll see that the issue is rampant all around the world. I bet you should go to those forum and tell them to go find the hotfix as well eh?

Yes we do. As a matter of fact, I used the hotfix - it stutters. I uninstall the hotfix and used back 8.10 - it stutters. I reinstall the hotfix - it still stutters. I guess NVIDIA paid Ubisoft extra...weird, I don't see the "The Way It's Meant To Be Played" (without stutters - that is) logo...


Not only that...the AI can find you wherever you are when you made a shot, even if you ran away from the place you let out the shot, in the middle of the night, and you are hidden behind a couple buildings...they will still find you somehow while driving and tries to ram you (note - always kill the driver 1st, not the gunner). But if you walk around 5m near them in the middle of the night, they can't see you...

Yes...the camo suit is surprisingly useless. The upgrade mechanics is very shallow as well. Might as well just sell another type of gun. Why don't they at least do something like Mass Effect or something. Let's hope they have a good expansion or something. We need more animals...maybe alligators whereby we can lure enemies to. Or cheetahs. Or real jackals, hyenas, elephants (stomp Dumbo, stomp~!)...

Ever tried shooting a rocket at incoming truck? 50% of the time, my rockets DEFLECTS OFF the trucks and fly skyward~!
