Well the sad reality here is that the general public is too spooked by the crimes happening in broad daylight here to consider toting such precious products outdoors.

I don't really know what to think, what happens out there that's reported in newspapers are real. The stakes are real and it hit a little too close to home when I myself have been the target of such crimes, namely laptop theft.

I suppose you know how to take care of your posessions. Stay safe.

I like how you think. Just for the sake of knowledge, how are crime rates in other cities overseas? Are they as bad as malaysia or ...?

I know singapore for one has lower crime rate, which can explain why people are more inclined to toting their precious belongings in public.

well said yeah I agree about taking it out of the house, just make sure it's at the right places. What's the point of a mobile pc if it isn't mobilized in the first place ? loooooooool .
