lol...u can find something that look like photoshop but u may not find it as good as photoshop.

It really depends on what you're trying to do with it

For me I personally like Paint.NET, it may not be as powerful as Adobe PS but I don't need those professional functions anyway. What's more it's free!

Anyway, if you want a nearer comparison to PS in term of functionality, try GIMP (that I personally find it less user friendly)
