Indoor or Outdoor does not matter as indoor could be as humid as outdoor if the water bowl capsize or inapproperite substrate used ie mulch or bark ...etc
Outdoor could be as dry as you want it to be when you add a roof over and a high wattage basking light used !!

So as long as the right environment is provided most species can do pretty well in a country as humid as ours !!

mine they sleep indoors, no vivarium or uv light. wake up, after b'fast they'll go n walk outside to the soil, play under the sun rclxm9.gif , hide under the shade, eat some plants, then by evening they'll come back home by themselves. look healthy to me. the funny thing is, when 1 of them is hiding or missing in action, the other one would go round the house looking for it laugh.gif .

i dunno, but i think u will get caught, huhu, if u managed to pass at KLIA and the other country airpot, do tell us ur story biggrin.gif...worst scenario? 100k fine per tortoise head, jail? or maybe both? dunno, forgot the act... tongue.gif

actually i managed to get through before, at that time i didnt thought that it could be a serious matter tho. but having seen so many articles regarding the law being posted here, better think twice. find that the st are so cute the first time we saw them, jst bought them n flew them to my second home, didnt think much at that time. now i jst wanna add some friends to the existing pair, thats all.

bought these at chatuchak yesterday, 2 pairs from 2 different shop. saw some burmese there, quite a lot of shops selling st. they sell radiata n yniphora also but need to order. shiny st pair 1200 bht, non shiny st pair 900 bht. feeding them sang choy, then transfer them to the garden with the growing (choy sum). still fixing the fence separating the bigger pair. cheers
