Let's say, i am required to do a bank transfer to CIMB bank.

Assuming i have both a paypal account and a Credit Card, is there anyway i can either both of them to transfer money into someone else CIMB bank account?

paypal cannot link to Malaysia bank yet.
but there is a way to linked it to PBB debit card.
