So now i want to see doctor but i dont know where to go. By the way im in KL. Plan to goto UMMC to see doctor but is it expensive over there?
or any gov hospital tat can recommend?

resistance is futile

most local clinics have the necessary equipment to sort it out. there is no need to see a specialist if its just wax.

I'm having the same problem now too.
I don't think all clinics have the equipment, but can try. What they'll usually give you is the olive oil to soften the wax first, but you'll still need to suck it out.
Last time i went to Tung Shin hospital...not that expensive(maybe RM100++) compared to Megah Medical Specialist which cost me nearly RM400!!!! They bill the wax sucking thing as "operation", hence the price!!! Luckily can claim...but not going back there ever!!!

your local clinic should be able to handle this. they look into your telinga with that maginfying glass with the light on it. i think so at least.

If ur living in Klang, the town area should have someone offering ear cleaning services. but not sure how much.
But best to say, that these people are pro's and noe their stuff well. I'm not sure anywhere around KL has it though.

The last time I had my ear cleaned was at Young & Newton clinic in PJ State area. They will pump in warm water into your ear until the wax is loosened and comes out.
But that was long time ago, dunno if they still offer that service.

Use the traditional earwax picker once a while to pick out the wax. Don't always use cotton bud. Cotton bud don't get the big wax out from your ear.
Always clean your ear frequently to avoid build up of ear wax. I clean my ear with cotton bud twice a week and occasionally use an earwax picker. I'm 43 years so far never have any problem with ear wax.

Doctors still pretty much do the same thing now, but I think they put some drops in before they flush out your ear if the wax is really hard. http://www.livescience.com/health/080829-earwax-removal.htmland hey i have a question. sometimes all of a sudden this round visible earwax just got to the tip of the earhole. and it feels like some insect going in or something. why is that so??

i removed my nephew's one myself. I was doing the 'picking' with the 'ear-pick- stick'. And then i thought i should check on his as well. I thought his ear hole was rather shallow, when i thought 'the ear wax' was so visible. Until i use the pick stick, and found that it can move a bit. It was actually an ear wax build-up like a wall closing across the ear hole. Because his mom only uses cotton buds to clean his ear. When those were picked out, they almost looks like those black sponge's earphones, just a wee bit smaller in size.

Having time to spare use warm water and repeat until problem solved. Ear wax is water soluble. Since it's dried try using warm water. Or else buy ear wax remover at pharmacy. DO NOt USE ELECTERICAL DRILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had the same probb4 n a doctor recommended me to the traditonal ear wax picker in Klang- yeah the 1 u guys mentioned
otherwise u can try cerumol ear drops in pharmacy - it dissolved ur earwax n it will drain out in 2-3 days if it is not seriously impacted, if it doesnt go away, u need to consult doc
