These are not all the modes, as I don't think we know all of them.
Beginner Tetris Mode (Video Here)

While not an entirely new mode, this mode includes some new twists. As the name suggests, this is for beginner players. This mode features bigger blocks in a smaller playing field. There are new shapes like a three-block line, a two- block line, and a small three-block L shape. This mode includes balance board support.
Co-Op Mode (Video Here)

Work together in a larger matrix to clear lines!
Stage Racer (Video Here)

Fall through small tunnels, rotating your piece to keep it from connecting to the ground.
Team Battle (Video Here)
A returning mode, this mode is one of the most hectic. This time around, though, it features new things, such as IR and motion sensitive items.
Field Climber (Video Here)

A new mode coming to Tetris, this mode will have you trying to help navigate a little man to the top of the screen? How do you do that? Tetris blocks of course! Place them down so that he can climb on to them, and they make a path so he can get to the top.
Dual Spaces Mode (Video Here)

In this mode, the object is to block off empty space. For every empty space you block out, you get points.
Versus Mode (Video Here)

A classic Tetris mode in which you can play against your friends or the computer. The objective is simple: don't die before your opponent.
