First, u did mention Demam at the end of your post.. and also your vet said she is gelojoh sampai ade angin... did they give any medication on that sick ESH? if yes, did you continue medication for now? What medication the vet give to your cat?

Is your cat currently having diarrhea?

Have you try feeding boil chicken + the soup? (make sure no flavor added).

in most cases that vomit appear in 3-4 hours, and u can still the the kibbles shapes... this one related to Food Intolerance. some cat unable to tolerate to certain food or specific brands. you need to do trial and error on this.

if you ESH is pure breed with certificate - you have the right to call back the breeder cattery and ask the problem. ask the breeder what food they feed their ESH. Buying purebreed from breeder itself is important for you to know your breed background. if you buying this ESH from petshop, then there will be no answer. oh well, u know petshop.

due to food intolerance, this simply mean your cat has sensitive stomach. some cases, they cannot tolerate with grains and corn. and in some other cases, they cannot intolerance with high protein source of food.

For teatment, normally you have to do trial and error like buying small packs of the food. others you need to buy prescription diets. like Science Plan product, they have specific prescription diets.

other cause of food vomiting beside food intolerance and sensitive stomach are:

a)The overeating of dry food can cause vomiting. The reason is that dry food absorbs water and swells, this in turn causes your cat to vomit. (your cats’ eating of wet food as kittens may explain some things). Check the vomit for a semi-solid-partly-digested appearance.

b)Another possibility is feline distemper, this is usually reflected in your cats vomiting a white or clear material (given the duration, this is unlikely for you).

c)Your cats may have an obstruction, although their x-rays should have detected this.

d)Worms can also cause vomiting

e)An overactive thyroid can cause vomiting as well

I have one cat that is sensitive with fish... whenever she ate fish from whiskas soft food, she will vomit it all again. So no Fishy for her

if this continuously, i'm pretty sure you need to diagnose your cat at the vets. else something else will happen, or for how long will u have to see vomit.

p/s hopefully your ESH has already go thru VACCINE.. if not, possibility he is infected with other issues.
