IMO heat plays a role too, my 7200RPM Seagate HDD on my NP8660 peak at 67C one time when I'm backing up my Steam to my external HDD. During gaming season it normally stays around ~60C and idle at ~50C. 5400RPM HDD is cooler by a good ~10C or more.
If I were you I'll wait for more informtion on how that machine handle heat before making any further decision. My HDD is the hottest running hardware in my notebook when I'm not doing any gaming. |

Its less likely for them to ship the wrong part... but there's always possibilities.
If you've decided, just go ahead, take the chances. The machine you received is worth all the trouble going through (If there is any)  . |

Suppose to be an interesting card to overclock. If anyone is not going to, its not worth the money to upgrade from 9800 to 2XX.
