Correction. There is no latch in the bottom. Got it confused with the NP5797. You might want to try opening and closing a few times the DVD drive to get it "seasoned". This can be common with new laptops and should get smoother as you keep using it.
The price is on the homepage. You need to select the Ringgit option on the bottom left corner to get your real price.
When Ringgit is selected, the GST disappears. You need to add 50SGD for shipping, which is around 120 Ringgit.
Unfortunately shipping is not free. We are already absorbing the shipping insurance which is 1% of the laptop price. Margins are already very low/razer thin for the Sagers, we make less than the GST, so it means we are making even less from Malaysia. Insurance is needed because we don't want unnecessary risk of having a laptop stolen/lost. We are thinking of introducing the 1% into shipping to reflect the real cost of shipping.

PS: We could not get a Malaysian bank account set up yet because we had a Malay director pass away. Its going to be a bit more expensive to maintain a Malaysian company so we'll monitor the progress to see if the operation can sustain itself.
