You will be more valuable if you gain a little bit of working experience. CCNA won't bring you any/much quick early freshie starting salary. It is merely a multiplying factor later on once you gain any working knowledge on some working switches.

You can always try to approch your HR and say you have recently got this extra qualification and you ask for your salary adjusted to your qualification. HR need to be informed anyway.
