Just nego with them and show that u have extra skills compare with those fresh grad without CCNA. But ur chance of getting the job still higher if compare with fresh grad without CCNA. From what i heard, in network field, cert is important. -.- You got extra cert, means u got extra skills and you got the power to nego ur salary with it.
