This problem happened to me 7 times already so far, where I get suspended mid game. This is the email that Blizzard sent to me:

For those people who aren't familiar with this problem, this is an automatic Blizzard response that suspends a player's account when an IP from another country logs into the game while the account is active. IE, I'm playing from Malaysia, then suddenly someone login my acc from China, the server see the IP has a different country ID, then automatically suspends the account.

So far, the only clue I have to this problem is that WoWTunnels or any similar services are causing it. Usually happens in a CC too, but I have friends saying it happened to them at home as well. I noticed this when me and about 6 other friends are playing WoW(without tunnels) for almost 3 hours without any problems, when 2 people opened login to WoW with tunnels and from that point onward, all 8 of us got suspended, along with a few other people who have been playing WoW in the cafe in the past couple of hours but have already logged out.

Anyone else got this issue too, and know how to fix it?

You already know the answer to your question. If the tunnel goes through China or Taiwan, you're screwed.

Avoid CCs and tunnel services with those routes.

Which CC you play at? Cause I know some CC used to run gold farming and leveling bots on the comps after they close shop. Their IP might have been blacklisted so if you're leveling there you'll get flagged. Were you leveling or playing at lvl 70?

hmm, I don't really thing its China or Taiwan, but I used China as an example. Also, I use Gamepath, but lately the connection to the USA based servers have been lagging so badly if connected from the cafe I play at, I don't bother using it, just play w/o tunnel services. All the times I got banned, I was playing without tunnel services.

I play at Autosurf in SS15, lvl 70 raiding midway then get banned.

Check the email. I got a mail stating that my account was compromised but both accounts were still active.

Then later found out that the email came from a Yahoo account instead. Check that. There's a lot of it flying around lately.

yeah. . .

me and my mates went to auto surf 3 times and all 3 times we ended up playing Hero Siege X or something cause we got banned moments after logging in. . .

and other ppl in the cafe didnt seem to have the problem. . . =(
