hey man, i had some serious eczema in the past , now i can say i dun suffer of it anymore .
below is some of my advice for u .
DONT DO-
-eat food that usually trigger eczema
exp : sotong, prawns , crab , any shell type sea food , duck
(i myself also din take milk and wholegrain as i find out it will trigger the eczema too) ( difference ppl got difference type of allergy) ( i also avoid touching cat or dog )
- wear clothes that have wools materials
- take very hot water temperature shower bath
DO-
-every morning , after wash the mouth
drink lemon + warm water ( everyday-must ) ( before brush teeth )
eat fruit that rich of antioxidants ( grape papaya pineapple )
vegetables - choi sem
do see skin specialist if its start swelling , they will give u anti itchy , Atopic dermatitis steroids cream ( it work very well and clear the swelling fast, just dun put too many on the affect area )
stay away from direct hot sun , and avoid heavy sweating, keep the body clean is most important.
stay away from damp place , when its raining, do open air cond.
(damp environment will do anythings but good to eczema sufferer)
lastly, the one is really important, and this is the one that really pull me up from the eczema suffering
-EXERCISE -
do any kind of exercise is good , including have sex lol.. sweat a lot it will make the immune system stronger.
rmb to clean the body after exercise, clothes that full of sweat is bad for eczema sufferer , always wear clean clothes
err one more, do eat less junk food like kfc mcd .
i hope ur gf get well soon, try to rmb, eczema is for lifetime , avoid any things that trigger it, get strong and healthy , eat well dress well, it wont bother u ( ur gf ) anymore.
it need dedication thou . ^^
and aa.. rmb , eczema have no cure because it is not a virus ,its more like a genetic problem , its will always stay inside of the body, JUST DON TRIGGER IT, then it will be fine.
