Getting Started

Before the us market plunge i had an eye on this property which worth 700k but now the market seem up and down. Should i hold the buy or continue the purchase without considering the current market movement. I have no worry for 10 years coming income and the monthly installment will only take out 30% of my monthly income. I now need some advice to either continue or hold the purchase .

IMHO i think the most important thing to consider in your situation is whether u like the property or not. If u like it then go ahead since money seems not to be the problem...

QUOTE(fxmiau @ Oct 17 2008, 03:24 PM) the house actually is completed and got cfo. You must be scared of the appreciation (or lack of) of your property in the future. Well, just do a lil research on the price of properties nearby lo.

if you are sure you can afford it, why is there to worry ? if you really like or need the house, you can go ahead.

If you need this property to stay, go for it then! If it's for investment purposes, I would suggest you to wait. All the best dude!
