Problem with iphone phone menu

After i upgrade to fw2.1 i have problem when i press the phone button...it open the page but then it quit on its own...and another thing, when i make a phone call, the call page does not appear...i dont know what happen...is it because i install the CallerID Fix Collection in cydia?

Try restore and JB if cannot then update here.

Should be firmware problem.jus restore it and jailbreak again.
