Anyone has or knows people owns those ground floor shop units in boulevard (in between Mid Valley & Gardens)
am looking for Ground floor units(not office units) selling or rental both also can serious buyer here.. pls pm ctc for further nego |

yes ground floor, but rental need to nego down a bit... for restaurant purpose.. can pm me your contact?
as per my last visit there... all units are occupied except the corner unit opposite the mamak there.. which unit you have? near to what shop? |
