i think he means, his cookis arent enabled.. so when he goes online to hotmail or anything, he has to sign in each time

i did update browser to ie 7... same results..

i install mozilla .. same...

enable cookies... same..

delete cookies... same..

last thing i afraid to try ... uninstall 'house trend micro scan'...

anyway..its not my pc.. its my customer...

so im afraid to uninstall because its already full version...

and the antivirus come together with firewall.. i cannot disable it...

at the moment i rclxub.gif

i want to uninstall the house trend... i want to try system restore.. im afraid some file missing.. if missing .. there will be major problem...
