May I know how is the double terrace house in bandar sri damansara? When it is built? How is the safety at there? Is it more tenanted or occupied by owner? How far bandar sri damansara to 1U? How is the traffic during peak working hour? Thanks

Bandar Sri Damansara is a very nice place to stay in.

I'm not very sure when it's built but I estimate it's already been existing for around 10 years or more. Safety around the area is quite good depends on which area u live in. There are some areas with private guards & limit access from 1 road only.

Traffic is convenient u can use the LDP or NKVE or MRR2 or Jalan Kepong to get access to other roads / highways. It's not very far from 1u. Can reach there in less than 5 minutes (without traffic , via LDP, but u know LDP... )

Traffic during peak hours is....
But then again everywhere is jam during peak hours... Just depends on the magnitude of the jam...
I recommend use the NKVE, access to it is via sg. buloh.

Well it'll depend on which type of house u're getting.
For 1 storey around 200k depend on house condition... (I don't recommend that though cuz it's actually slightly better than those low-cost houses only)
For 2 storey from 450k again depend on house condition and location...
For semi-d from 550k...

I have visited bandar sri damansara. The house there seems nice. SD 8 is very near to a big mosque there. Is there any alternative road to elite highway or nkve highway other than ldp highway? Do anyone know how much is the corner lot at bandar sri damansara SD there? Thanks

VERY BAD! Last time la, from BSD i drive to work at KJ Kelana Square, takes less than 20 minutes! ......or 30. whatever.

Nowadays ah, you leave house at say 8pm or so, after 30 minutes you probably not yet reach SS2. it's BAD.

i know people who stay here and work at SS2, they leave at 7am+.

yes it is. the mosque area is pretty packed when comes to Friday prayers. the uphill road leading to the mosque is packed. damn packed.......*ironically people are doing illegal parking to fulfill religious duty. *.



yes. Sungai Buloh road is not improved and you can drive there to NKVE. either that or you can go MRR2, whichever you need.



probably around 700k. not sure, depending on which area and size also.

try going around looking at the other SD (new phase la, the one on the hill) and you could get better location.

yes correct. more than 10 years.

safety and guards are around, they're not exactly that great la, just block the road only. people still can walk in. but they do have motorbike patrol here and there.



haha. less than 5 minutes is impossible la. you drive down to LDP alone takes around 2 - 3 minutes. from LDP to make U-turn, another 1 minute. then you have the distance to cover from the U-turn, to the toll, then down all the way to 1U.



aihh nowadays very bad la. unlike ~8 years back when LDP was new.



Yes, i was told that 2-story terrace around RM 400k or so. corner lot around RM 700k.

not sure about the semi-d and 1-story but should be around the price you stated. again depends on the condition of the house and the location la.

depends on how you define near also la. a few rows away is fine, mine is pretty near the mosque too, if by car it's about <40 seconds drive from house to mosque.

I don't really hear it also much. Perhaps its the hill thats blocking it just opposite. In a year maybe can hear like less than 10 times.
