118.*** =bad in my area.psn connection ok but on9 games suks big time.dc from games all the times.
124.***= same as above 60.51(52,53,54).***=decent 60.48.***=da BEST of all in my area. its all about what time when u dial the connection. 118 and 124 mostly afternoon i will get ip.60.51(52,53,54).*** evening da best ip mostly at nite time. 1 thing though i notice about my best ip that it will slow down after 2-3 days after heavy torrenting.then need to restart modem to get new 1. wow fastest firmware ever to be DLed direct from ps3.took me less than 10min.cant seem to notice any changes in the new firmware.
