i have already contacted them and they've outlined their issue to me, and i'm prepared to wait. only thing is my order is not moving but other people's are.

dont worry, i have ordered lots of times from kb too just wanted to ask other people if recent orders from megastore have been a bit on the slow compared to the usual times.

this is what they replied to me :
my only concern is that there is no conclusive dateline for this delay, and this email was sent to me almost two weeks ago. i actually have put in an order with united direct, then had it cancel and put in another one again. both orders are experiencing the same thing - passed code 10 query but still not picking.

however, 2 orders with kitbag around the same time were picked and sent out in the space of a few days. also, an exchanged shirt with united direct was picked and sent out during this time too.
