QUOTE(MariMo @ Oct 16 2008, 07:53 PM) hey guys, i wonder any of you framed ur Jersey up before. Because i am planing to do that . So basically will it cost a bomb ? and any preferred position to frame the jersey up? my fren hang his jersey using IKEA big frame. the back of the frame is hard board & front is plastic. he sticks the jersey with tape & do it by himself. it's very lite & neat.

QUOTE(MariMo @ Oct 16 2008, 09:38 PM) yeap as he stated , how do we display both sides of the jersey? if u wanna show back & front, better to wear it on mannequin then put it inside glass box so that can be seen from any angle

QUOTE(plokoon @ Oct 25 2008, 12:19 PM) It's to prevent irritation on the skin if the seams are glued instead of stitched. That's what Adidas says. what about durability? i think glued is more durable but it just my thoughts

QUOTE(schmeichel7 @ Oct 26 2008, 11:28 AM) Glued seams: Pros - Lighter and less irritable Cons - Shorter lifespan Stitched seams: Pros - Longer lifespan, easy to repair if torn Cons - Not as light and comfortableas glued seams. How long do you wear your jerseys? How long does a player wear their jersey on the pitch and the whole life of it.. but the player wear the jersey in very 'ganas' situation... if glued seams not durable there will be millions of player ripping their jersey during a match. i think glued seams is durable but not long lasting.

QUOTE(schmeichel7 @ Oct 29 2008, 09:50 PM) No problem mate.. The key here is the usage of iron to help bond it.. Heat makes the glue bond better, trust me. I did it before. But be careful because the iron can melt the white stripe and the sizing info (because it's made out of polyuthrene or PU). u are great jerseyman! i also got same problem. btw, any gam gajah will do? or need specific type of gam gajah
