Glad to know that the matter is sorted.

To Casanova, sorry because I had to take 'extra measures' by showing the photo of you to speed up things.. I've removed it already.

I personally can't understand why you didn't know it was fake in the first place. With the plastic bags, the quality of the stuff... Since you yourself being a United fan and you buy their jerseys.... Mmm.. nevermind.

To others, in the future.. if you want to buy something through lowyat or other websites like mudah.com.my or lelong.com.my, please insist on COD. If they don't agree.. something is fishy right? Unless you live in KL and they are from outside KL.

Let this be a good lesson to others. Stay away from fake jersey!

I think bro schmeichel7 really2 don't like man who sell fake man utd jersey...

thanks mate.

QUOTE(5w33 @ Dec 12 2008, 12:58 AM)
And the pics on page58 as well. IMO, bro schmeichel7 shouldn't reveal Casanova pics without giving him some time to explain, that's was really rude.
*
yes it was rude. i raise my hands up..

I take the blame for being rude or whatsoever.. at the end i manage to help someone.. i didn't t get anything from fakhree except the satisfaction of helping him and making him believe that it is always the best thing to do to buy authentic jerseys only.. I don't mind being rude if it is to help someone.

So guys, next time if you need help on verifying jersey authenticity, just pm me first... you can ask my help before you want to buy the jerseys..

My friend iswandi7 also tried the same and can see clearly what is written:

It is written "SiDMU08". I think I know what it means... SiDMU08 means SportingID Manchester United 2008.

Since SportingID is the manufacturer of Man United's UCL NNs...

erm.. anybody here had experience buying from ebay.co.uk? can it be trusted?
*
Most of the jersey collectors use ebay.

It can be trusted as long as you know how to.. Try to avoid buying for vague sellers (selling M and XL only) and new sellers with very few feedback.

If you need help from me or others to verify if a jersey sold in ebay is fake or not, you can just simply ask. Make sure you insist on using Royal Mail International Signed-For for postage with tracking code and it is more safer.

hi guys
i've always notice this word "washing tag" when verifying the authenticity of a jersey
may i know wat is washing tag? is it this 1??
user posted image

so is mine authentic? just wondering  hmm.gif  tongue.gif

That white square tag is not the washing tag.. the washing tag is the one shown by odieseven.

That white square tag is super duper important to ensure the jersey is authentic or not. What does the information on the square tag means?

I have 2 Man United blue third kit 08/09.. one XXL and another XXXL. Let me show you what the white square tag means..

The white square tag shows the:

1. Manufacturing code
2. Size
3. Style Code
4. Colour Code
5. Barcode number

Item 1,3 and 4 is the same for all same jerseys. Item 2 is the same for all same jerseys with the same size. Item 5 is unique for each single jersey...

Example:

user posted image

user posted image

1. Manufacturing code: FA080206DHA
2. Size: XXL
3. Style Code: 287615
4. Colour Code: 403
5. Barcode number: 823233627642

For item 3-5, compare them with the info shown at the barcode sticker on the price tag.. see that it tallies?

Another same jersey, this time XXXL:

user posted image

1. Manufacturing code: FA080206DHA
2. Size: XXXL
3. Style Code: 287615
4. Colour Code: 403
5. Barcode number: 823233627659

You can check the authenticity of the nike jersey using the white tag.. that is why authentic jerseys must have the barcode sticker on the price tag

Check the washing tags.. Inside the jersey..

It must look like this:

And must have the black nike security tag (with red nike swoosh logo in it) and when you see on the back of the tag, you will see a serial number (1xxxxxx)

And what size is the arsenal maroon jersey?

Be careful folks when buying from kitbag/United Direct..

It seems that customs are detecting a MASSIVE amount of parcels via UPS coming in from UK.. Hence it could be a bad time to order now.. unfortunately.. I heard people getting taxed for only 2 jerseys.. So it is dependant on your luck

Ask your friend to remove the price tags.. mix them up with dirty clothes.. so when your friend arrives at KLIA, the customs will not notice them.

For those who bought the BECKHAM 75 Milan jersey, as sold in replicaroom.com:

Would be highly disappointed because during the press conference in Milan, Beckham will wear 32!

you can go shop.manutd.com for looking....

The item will be 100% taxed (unless you have any contacts in the customs) when it arrives because it is a big bulky item.

Hi unknown, is the website http://www.premier-football.net/  selling authentic jerseys?

M size is out of stock, NO!!!  cry.gif

Yes it is 100% authentic because that is the website for the shop called Premier Football International in Singapore.

They are the authorized dealers of SportingID and also they are the suppliers for Al-Ikhsan in Malaysia.

My order from United Direct arrived today.. Phewww..

I wasn't taxed. Total price was GBP66.04 (including shipping). Item weight was 0.9kg.

I brought 3 jerseys.. 1 Goalkeeper kit, 1 white away kit and 1 navy white stripes training kit.

I consider myself lucky.

I ordered on 20th December (Saturday), item was shipped on 22nd Dec with no tracking order. I called United Direct directly from my handphone, took me 4 minutes to speak to this sad bloke through the phone (he sounded bored...) and ask him why there is no tracking code anymore. He said it's because of the new system and he has no other why.

To call United Direct direcly through your mobile, dial (for digi, maxis and celcom): 00 44 845 456 4933

Or for maxis users, dial this: 132 00 44 845 456 4933 (to get special IDD rates).

I had to call them to get the UPS tracking code. Stupid system.

QUOTE(loquenemy @ Dec 24 2008, 08:12 PM)
hello
wanna ask something...
for those who have bought from kitbag recently..
are they providing us the ups tracking id?
*
Nope, they are not..

You can email to them and wait (takes 2 days to reply).. or call them directly.

How to call? Just dial:

For Kitbag:
For Digi & Celcom users: 00 44870 787 8827
*For Maxis users: 132 00 44870 787 8827

For United Direct:
For Digi, Celcom users: 00 44 871 224 8107
*For Maxis users: 132 00 44 871 224 8107 (special rate from Maxis for IDD calls)

Call them after 6pm because remember, UK timezone is 7.5 hours behind us (approximately)

*Maxis has something called Maxis 132 which is a special rate for IDD calls. Just simply add 132 on the front before dialing overseas. Methods shown above are steps to call overseas actually.

Calling UK is not that expensive nowadays, compared to the past. Here are the rates:

Maxis IDD (132): 20 cents per minute
Celcom IDD: 18 cents per minute (they have this promotional rate until 31st Dec)
Digi IDD: 18 cents per minute

All above are charged based on 30 minute block.

Check frequently at maxis, celcom dan digi's website to know the current IDD rate.

Better call them directly la rather than waiting them to reply your email. It takes 2 working days to reply. When you send email, they will reply once your parcel arrives at home.

It takes around 4-5 minutes talk time when talking to them (from the moment they pick up the phone, you telling them the order number, they checking your name and address, they putting you on hold and checking the system's for your UPS tracking code and finally providing them to you).

*I will post this in the front page later.
