maybe can go to Teluk Tempoyak.... 1 of famous seafood in penang... standard price...

located at batu maung... near the war museum

easy to get there... just use the expressway until u reach batu maung....

nice view of seaside at night... nice place

i remember at the lembaga kemajuan ikan there got a nice malay restaurant that inside like a 3 star resort.
not only malay eat there but also other races

Can check out Bali Hai in Gurney area. Saw a few malays eating there the last time I was there. So, should be halal gua

belalang is halal.

Crab is Halal la. Belalang also halal but belalang is not consider as a seafood unless it can swim under the water(duh,apa aku merepek nie)... But Stone Crab(ketam batu) is not Halal.
