I'm sorry but don't U think this problem is a service provider problem and not a hardware problem?
How is it the fault of the iPhone that Maxis is doing upgrading works and can't cope with the amount of 'traffic'?  |

i am using LEGAL UNLOCKED iphone 3g from australia, and i nvr encounter any problem as you all mentioned above.. weird...
