I try to focus on using free DVD tools if possible:

1) convert media formats to compatible DVD format. Use good tool like http://www.videohelp.com/tools/ConvertXtoDVD. The freeware version is here

http://download.videohelp.com/download/vso...tup_0.52.99.exe

More guides on using other tools or other media files.

http://www.videohelp.com/guides/category/n...uides-4;62#4;62

2) use DVD authoring tool to manage DVD structure into DVD5 or DVD9
http://www.dvd-guides.com/content/view/53/59/

This one is using TMPGEnc DVD Author http://www.videohelp.com/tools/TMPGEnc_DVD_Author

Oh, just two steps...heheh
