There's a card/slip inside the case which contains the codes to download the map pack, you cant missed it unless you bought a jack sparrow copy but then again, got codes also cannot download since its region lock lulz.

The lancer and map pack region lock started after the NXE updates. I also manage to download the maps a few days before NXE, didnt bother with golden lancer since it looks cheap to me
