its you. something wrong with router or tmnut. I'm not sure if Nafi had the same problem before u probably want to ask him. If not find some Streamyx technicion directly not thru Streamyx very helpful helpline

@ leenaz... based on experience that i had few days back, there is practically nothing wrong with your router.. it's just that your streamyx line isn't up to par.. what i did was, i called tmnet and asked them to reset my port.. and voila! in 15 mins, i was able to connect to xbox live and may i add that i'm getting pretty good connection too

the DLC is the super bundle with 1200 MS point one or the 1600 MS point? please confirm with me :-)

All fronts [1600pts] - included a new campaign mission with a unique "stealth mode" called "Road to Ruin," seven new multiplayer maps, all previous online map packs released for Gears of War 2 (Flashback, Combustible & Snowblind)


Dark Corners [1200pts] - will include only the campaign mission and new maps.

nafi....same like u but i figured out how to get it to work on my setup now....downloading the maps at 3% now....giler super slow

i am using the following setup as per the guide, but there are some parts u got to magyver

Equipment :-

Laptop c/w 1 LAN + 1 Wifi
1 X 4 port AP Router
1 X Modem ADSL
2 X RJ 45 cables


S/W as per guide your freedom and open vpn

A bit hard to digest, but the guide really did help to an extent.

BUT you must note the following :-

Your current IP address setup in your home network CANNOT be 192.168.0.XXX

It must be 192.168.1 or so on so forth

Your XBOX no need to set DHCP as per the guide.

When u setup the Local LAN for the VPN use 192.168.0.XXX since it will make the VPN as the gateway.

The rest u can follow the guide.
