 Recommend me good Real Estate Agents, for Kajang area

Hi there folks

Can anyone here here recommend me real estate agents for Kajang area, those that you have dealt with etc? I've been thinking of disposing my condo in bdr sg long.

from my experience, its better to let the agent approach you, rather than you approach them. They seem to charge a higher rate when you approach them.

fyi there is no such thing. There is just your perception. Property agent are not allow to charge highest than 2.75% of the commission for property below RM500k for above RM500k the commission will be 2%. However recently there is alot agent also taking 2% commission for property below RM500k as well. So it's the market rate so if agent go higher than that you can go to their company complain nor go to property association complain. smile.gif

Thanks for the replies guys.

The REA will arrange for everything, right such as valuation, lawyers (for S&P, redemption, stamping, land office etc). Don't really want to go thru the hassle.

yes, i agree with your statement, perhaps my statement above is not meant for newbie in property sale. What I am saying is you can get below the rates you mentioned above, for example, for property below 500K, highest they can go is 2.75% but most of them are going at around 2%. Of course it will depend on your negotiation, thats why i am saying that you have better bargaining power if they approach you.
