someone bought an item from me last night and needed it urgently (supposed to send today so she could get it tomorrow) but after paying (CIMB to maybank), she didnt even tell me her posting details so i couldnt send it as she didnt come online to check her PM...

so now the question is..
should i even send the item before receiving the payment? i wont receive it so fast.. she sent me a screenshot of the receipt but anything can be changed with photoshop now.. she just signed up last month so im kinda cautious

also, the item might be late if she doesnt get back to me on the address soon. should i refund or continue to send the item once i have her address?

Please don't sent the item, confirm the money already in your account first before sent it out. If the buyer really want it fast, why don't she use CDM or go to Maybank counter to bank-in the money. She should know Interbank transfer take 2-3 days. As a seller you have the right not to sent the item until payment confirm.

She didn't give the address, that her problem not your problem.

If she really pay you using CIMB, when payment received, you can sent the item out. If she complaints getting the item so late, you should told her, that not your faults.

i think:
you can not do anything now because the most important thing is - you dont have recipient address. where u want to send to? drop her your mobile# and ask her to call/sms you via EMAIL/PM (search her profile,u can send email to her). and send when payment is cleared. tq

Agree with what the forummers said here. If she need it urgently, she might as well use deposit cash machine to deposit to your Maybank.

Don't post to her unless you received the payment

be patient, wait she bank in the money only post out for her.
caution.. there is many cheater here...so just dont send out the item if u haven receive the payment la..
