Dude, I'm currently on Nitrotech Hardcore Pro Series and I wanna ask your suggestion on something. So far I've been seeing very good results using the thing, but I'm wondering whether there's anything I can take post workout that could help with recovery as wll as slow absorption(as in it takes longer time to be absorbed by my muscles). I usually hit the gym at night and by the time I'm back, just nice to go to bed. From what I've read, creatin seems to be the right thing to go after, but I wanna double check with you first., hope you don't mind replying this message with a PM. Cheers mate!
Was 103kg in December, and I'm 82kg now, I guess its time for some serious "cutting" don't you think?? Although I've still got some "love handles" to get rid off..haha
