I pop HH before workout. I really can feel the intensity and the sweat generated......during the cardio, I can feel sudden outburst of energy......then I try to instil some Hiit into my normal dull monotonous 40minute cardio.....feel great.....
beware......HH is effective but give you a nasty feeling if you pop it without food. The instruction on the bottle said 30-60minutes before food......I normally pop it immediately before food/milo kow. Otherwise, you will go haywire...... Have fun and lose the BF........cheers. |
