hello there...
i am not new here but then today is the first time i post a topic and the first time i know how to use this forum actually....

so wana have your opinion on defining what do leng lui means?

izzit big eyes, fair or...what makes a person pretty?

or personality?

pretty face and nice bod.

Looks be it on car or a female, is always subjective...

One man's meat maybe another man's poison, some may like that look, while others don't like it and prefer others...

In relative terms, leng luis are those who has decent face, good body mass and shape, however....it is variable!

external beauty could never be defined.

sometimes it's just damn ridiculous to see people say that one must have big eyes, high nose, balbalabl.......... there's no such thing really, eyes alone have different configuration. if the size of the eyes don't match the head and the rest of the facial features, it's going to be ugly. if the spacing between the eyes is off, it's not going to be pretty either.

to add to the complexity, beauty is appreciated differently.

some things are down-right ugly but there's still a chance of having people appreciate it.

true. being 'pretty' is subjective la. i have friends complaining, "oh she's so lucky, i wish im as pretty as she is" when the truth is, she herself is prettier than the person she is admiring. the only thing she's lacking is confidence. an avg looking girl with confidence will emit an 'i-am-in-demand' aura. this is where guys feel attracted (if other guys like her, she must be good stuff)

leng lui mostly being defined from appearance.

For me i dont believe in appearance. I notice so many ppl got cheated because of appearance.

Body can be replace

what cant be replace?
A person that willing to guide you and understand without looking at your appearance and body.

It's just really subjective. Some people think pretty means having fair skin, some think it's the whole package, some might think having a high nose is pretty, like I said subjective and end of the day boils down to what the person likes.

lenglui = goood loooking; not bad in dressing type

pretty = different ppl have different viewset.

personality = is how a person actually interact wit the other person that make the personality either good or not.

so if someone said you; are lenglui,pretty that got nothing much to mean about; its just saying to make one feel good.

try ask someone to say you are beautiful; wit a honest feeling; i`m sure you wont get much will admit it.

one word.... the girl i like ..... leng lui hahahaha....

pretty - good looking
beautiful - extremely good looking

leng lui - can be anything between a 'female' to ' extremely good looking'.
It depends on whose mouth those words were uttered.
If its from the market or pasar malam, an old auntie also would be called 'leng lui'.

general beauty is not defined as having big eyes or whatsoever singular features..

it's the overall symmetry of the face and body, whether they complement each other or not

beautiful - if pretty inside and out...beautiful is a word you use on someone who's got the looks to kill but her personality just makes you go AWww how can there be such a perfect lady!

mean girls / b!tch ~ good looking, happening, popular gals who loves drama..attention whore..and of course camera whore

cute~ is cute lah....look innocent..

I also found out one thing...the perception of beauty to guys is very much different to gals. and i know for one thing..when a girl calls another girl beautiful..then that girl is really beautiful. but if it's a guy..then i doubt it >.<

contrary to most belief that pretty girl/hot girl are b****, mean and evil

actually the uglier are the one who have those traits because they are bitter and going through depressing life thus making them emotionaly unstable which lead to become mean and evil
