After consulting my lawyer, both of us are in the wrong.
1) I didnt show out the TnC which misleaded you -> My mistake
2) You didnt read the TnC before using the voucher -> Your mistake

In the end, no one will win this case as it will be dismissed due to both parties in the wrong. No claims will be awarded to both party since it's the mistake that both of us made. I'm refunding the money RM30.00 to your maybank account is not because I'm scare I'll lose the case. It's because no winner will be awarded in this case and it waste my time and cost to travel down to kl for this stuff.
