Sign Up Branch : Sri Hartamas (The pass is applicable for any branches)
Facilities Usage: All the facilities including classes, except True SPA (Jaya33) & Birkam Hot Yoga (Subang & Pavilion) only.
Membership Validity : Valid until 29 September 2012 (about 2&1/2 years from now)
Transfer Fee : Bear by me, which is RM99.
Total fee : RM3000; Monthly Instalment will be roughly RM 103. (Must paid by Cash, it is because i already fully settled the monthly fee to True Fitness; I can request True Fitness to print the clear statement for my account). The total price will be reduce, if the remain month is lesser.
Reason for transfer : Will be move back to hometown.
