WTA VISTA, laptop disc from dell

hallo,i get my laptop dell but i less use and i close it no make it as auto update now i install the dell give me cd vista i install to my pc can i upgrade it on9?? got any idea ? cause i worrry when upgrade it say i use fake thing

If you owned an original windows, definitely you can enjoy windows update dude..

o, O but when i update it will it detect i use on 2 pc? cause when i open the my computer detail it show my pc is dell = =

Lol, I tried my laptop Vista DVD installation disc to install Vista on another Dell comp and it worked...

my com not dell de i jz use the cd get from the dell laptop and can i update it in my desktop?? cause my fren say if they scan use 2 pc may be will black list the license key

if dell CD/DVD can install on other dell laptop/desktop. but if u use dell CD/DVD, kenot install on other desktop/laptop.
i tried b4 edi.

abit out of topic but if i got the license key at d back of my laptop, but they nv given me any vista cd, then if i wanna reinstall vista, wat should i do?

u can install using any vista disc, then apply the key provided at ur laptop

just go My computer, properties, scroll to bottom and find the word 'Windows is Activated' it will stay for 3 or more days if you turn on automatic update
