I backed up even firther after that. At last the father came, casually walking to his car. WTH, can you at least walk faster? All he gave me was a raise of his hands indicating that, he's sorry. Yet he walked like as if it wasn't that big of a deal. Dude, try being in my position, you have wasted so much of my time in an emergency!
I harassed them a while afterwards, tailgating them as we were heading the same direction for a while.
I memorize your face, your plate number, the details of your car. If i ever see you do that again you'll be replacing a new car.

If it's me, i will knock on their windows and ask them to call their parents come and move the car immediately.
Since maybe sometimes they are too young to understand traffic rules..
