iTunes with PCs

Hey guys!
I just format my HDD and reinstall my Windows Vista and iTunes. When i plug in my iphone, itunes ask me to erase everything and then sync with new library. I dont want to erase my mps inside my iphone, if there anywhere to skip it? or is it any better way to use itunes with 2 different PCs? thanks! |

i tried already... even i tick on manually manage music and video option, itunes still not allow me to transfer songs before unless i click ok on " erase all and sync" option
 i have 2 more questions here. 1. is there any way to use itunes in 2 different PCs? 2. how can i change the country base for itunes store in iphone? |
