Dear People,

I have a mini 6" Gucci bag which has been accidentally stained with some black and dark green dye that came off a canvas bag which I put the Gucci bag into. I have tried cleaning it with soap but it doesn't work.

I took it to a shop that cleans Gucci handbags, and they quoted me RM250 to clean it (they said they'll give free polishing as well). This pricing sounds very expensive to me, considering that the bag is so small, and the stains are just at the front and back edges.

Can someone please recommend me a trustworthy shop (preferably in PJ) that is reasonably priced, or some techniques that I can try to clean the bag first before sending it for such expensive cleaning?

My suggestion is to let the Gucci cleaners do it. Coz if they screwed up, you can screw them up. First of all you got to ask them what are they going to do and will the colour fade or etc.
