i'm trying to have a visual themed emo, wondering what can i have in the visual itself.

in my country, emo= forehair cover half of the face, with unhappy face, feel like killing people~

neuro with a razor blade = violence nvr emo 

hmmm... so weird putting a razor blade into the visual.
it did come across my mind but i dunno how to put that idea in.
