15-55mm IS kit can make this kind of bokeh in this distance between the ground n flower?

nope.
its the 18-55 kit lens that came with the camera.
just played with contrast and brightness in photoshop
no cropping either

A bit due to editing.
I opted for the more contrasty look between the shadows and the sky to bring out more blue in the sky.
If u r seeing a bit darker, also could be due to different monitor settings.
