You dont need a lens hood. The reason why you see such bright spots is because your exposure is off. Using a smaller aperture and a lower ISO value should solve the problem. And yeah, this really isnt the best subject for HDR.

Bad lighting leh. And I'm very particular about even the slightest handshake. ISO 1600 still produces pretty images. I didn't use any noise reduction on that photo Here's an old HDR picture that I took Took the photo froma moving car, there's even a slight reflection on the lower right of the picture, but I couldn't be bothered to photochop it This post has been edited by joyyy: Dec 17 2008, 12:42 AM

Took this awhile back. If you look properly, you can see some flucking reflection on the terminal building. Totally ruined the HDR 18mm ISO (200?)

QUOTE(PCHo @ Jan 1 2009, 02:12 AM) I like the colored version more of course. But was it necessary to remove the colors from the bottom part? I believe ur shot would've looked great in full color. Dunno...Somehow I felt that the colours in the bottom part looked pretty lousy. Maybe other people might think differently? And when I tweaked the HDR image, I was only looking at the sky, so I guess it made the bottom part underexposed This post has been edited by joyyy: Jan 1 2009, 02:56 AM
