QUOTE(joyyy @ Oct 18 2008, 06:45 PM) Quite satisfied with the performance. Well, you get what you pay for, and for such a cheap price one surely can't expect L-like quality from it. Oh....icic...thk ur sharing.Though camera shake is really a problem. I had to bump up the ISO and use my flash to get a fast shutter speed to decrease camera shake This one's taken at 228mm @ ISO 800 using the lens' macro mode Aperture set at 7.1 to decrease PF and CA 248mm ISO 800 F7.1 Still trying to get used to the increased minimum focusing distance u didnt use tripod 2 do macro shooting? this lens really affortable 4 me.....hihihi so how much did u buy? know u using 1000D,sure u bought it not more then 3 month...... my frend just told me his frend offering a 2nd lens at rm1200.(70-300mm is) |

QUOTE(da3shou3 @ Oct 20 2008, 12:20 AM) It depends on the God. Oh ic.Dry weather, clean air and a little bit of luck I guess. Small aperture helps as it doesn't blur out the background for it has greater DOF. And there's some pp I did.. playing with color warm and saturation on the RAW image file. coz nearly i'm really facing this problem when i take pic in hash sunlight, all the sky were bright n flat is i focus on mid tone object. is i focus on sky then will get better result, but other scape will dark n dull........ is it only can get peferct shot at morning ,evening n after rain? any1 heard about sigma 70-300mm macro crack ? |

QUOTE(da3shou3 @ Oct 20 2008, 12:46 AM) Camera sensor doesn't work like human visual sensor (eyes). Oh,that's mean we cant can a perfect shot at once....??You need to pick which subject you want to be properly exposed and leave other over/under-exposed. You can't have both extreme 2 ends to look nice in a single shoot. You can however get that through HDR processing. Of cause there'll be some tools and technique other than HDR to get the exposure you want, like using a GND filter or by adjusting the "level" and "curve" of the photo. hv 2 leave sm 2 under n pp it 2 make it perfect.... coz i thought once a day i can hv a shot like my avatar shot.......a pro shot it at sempona anyway ,thk ur sharing ....really learn a lot from u This post has been edited by lek0010: Oct 20 2008, 12:54 AM |

QUOTE(joyyy @ Oct 20 2008, 12:58 AM) The human eye has a higher dynamic range than the camera sensor. hahaha....that's mean i still hv 2 play with hdr....Moreover the human eye is extremely adaptive, it reacts to tiny changes instantaneously so you'll always see the "best" image Like da3shou3 said, you can achieve higher dynamic range by utilizing a GND filter, but the GND cant be used for All occasions. The GND has a specific pattern in which only certain scenes and landscapes can fit properly. Or you could go HDR time 2 lean n play with it now.... not really like hdr,coz feeling not natural .... hdr also not acceptable in competition ...... thk buddy....helping me alot with my doubt |
