if only the bird was angled more towards the camera, then it'd be so much better. but anyhow, still good as there's not much blur.

I think it's done with a software. I think Photoscape has this filter in it if not mistaken.

Sorry.....but looks kinda fake to me.
The blur/oof doesn't seem to agree with the distance between the trees and the road/cars.
Did u add your own blur effects?

Actually his doing the fake part on purpose.

But i would agree wif pcho that ur blur is not really suitable. But nethertheless its cool

this is what tilt shifting call. the trees part can also be blurred only left out the traffic sharp.
