Does anyone know repair-men who can do general repairs and maintenance (such as fixing plumbing, leakages, etc). Essentially this is the type of small repairs that contractors are not interested in.

Since its for a rental property I'm looking for  someone who can do it cheap with reasonable quality. 

Anyone has recommendation... do not mind Indonesians or other migrant workers, as long a they are reliable
