i just got my Wii few weeks back..i have a router, but i cant online in the Wii..I affraid to touch the connection settings..can anyone guide me?..thanks

It's as easy as connecting your PC to the router.

Search, connect, and wah-lah.

but, when i click the Wii Shop Channel..it pop out a window then thats a "enter settings"

Yes, for the first time, you need to configure the settings on your Wii, just like in your PC. Search, then connect to it, then input passkey if needed.

So in settings menu, search for wireless access point, then connect to the router that you want.

ya done.but one last thing..it ask me to upgrade...Must I click Accept?..my Wii version is Jpn( V3.2U)

Did you actually bother to read the notice given to you before you ACCEPTED it?

In short, it says:-

Modified consoles might not work correctly after updating, and Nintendo(nor us in LYN Ninty), will NOT take blame for the damaged caused on your console. Update at your own risk if you are having a modified console.

Reason why you need to update is because they are updating the Shop Channel.

I read the notice and i did not accept yet...i want to know that any of Lyn Nintendo user update to V3.3? Is it anything wrong when it's updated?..thanks

It's 100% safe to update if you are using ORIGINAL Wii console.

We upgrade because LATEST GAMES require it, so does the WII SHOP CHANNEL.

So YES! I have 3.3 and it's working wonderfumagically.

lol sorry for making u mad..1 more question! I know how to see weather which is original, but i think when i got my Wii. The seller say it's original but he help me to upgrade it so i can play fake cd. So, my Wii is fake or original?..thanks
