I am straight hair girl (medium length), curled and highlighted last year (but cut off dy - now straight again)

My problem:
Quite fast becomes oily (need something which is good for oil control)
Hair fall (maybe due to the chemical on my hair last time)
I need something to prevent hair fall and at the same time make it volume/make my hair grow.. Coz soon will be botak le if like this.. haha

Any recommendations? Do you COD?
