ur scalp got oily?? if yes then wash it every day if not u can 2 to 3 days wash it... depends

ya for deep cleansing i dun advice u to use it everyday coz it will make ur hair very dry.

use it when ur hair is very dirty like oily, wax, hair spray and others.its function and useful.

for daily shampoo like suitable for ur hair u can use it every day no problem.

ic... u can try use repair shm or moisture shm.pls use it every day mean wash 1time per day!
after that use moisture spray leave in for smoothing ur hair and put some sealed ends at ur end hair.
