i love milk so much.. evday i taken 1 liter milk... fresh milk.. and tomato juice....

i broke my leg because i lack of beans type supplements .. but after broken my leg doc said don take too much beans might cause cramps... i been seeking lots specialists in my life. spending about RM40k for my leg... is still the same when raining i feel pain..
