I've been looking around for a border collie. Seems I just missed trickle's last litter by a couple of months, and BC's are kinda rare in Malaysia. Anyone here has any leads?

Hello guys!
I'm currently looking for a male Border Collie puppy to add to my family after my former dog has passed. I do want to view the parents of the puppy, as well as have queries on the health and status of the parents before I agree to take in the puppy as I intend to bring the dog for agility competition, Search and Rescue training, as well as be part of my programme as a Certified Pet Nutritionist. Preferably from breeders, but I am open to otherwise if the above can be provided and whoever it is in charge of the pup is happy to entertain my queries on the health status of the pup.
